The business manages a portfolio of private gardens across London, with eight mobile teams carrying out regular maintenance work. They need someone with strong horticultural knowledge who can lead a small team, maintain good standards, and build relationships with clients.      What you''ll be doing    Leading a small mobile maintenance team, typically working across 2-3 gardens per day.  Carrying out general garden maintenance, including pruning, hedge cutting, mowing, weeding and seasonal planting.  Managing lawn care, plant health and the general upkeep of established gardens.  Planning daily work and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.  Building good relationships with residential clients.
