What-You''ll-Be-Doing

• Lead,-mentor,-and-develop-a-team-of-three-Full-Stack-Engineers,-fostering-a-collaborative-and-high-performing-engineering-culture.
• Remain-hands-on-across-both-backend-and-frontend-development,-contributing-to-the-design-and-delivery-of-new-features.
• Design,-develop,-and-maintain-scalable-backend-services-using-C#-and-.NET.
• Build-modern,-responsive,-and-intuitive-user-interfaces-using-Angular,-JavaScript,-and-TypeScript.
• Collaborate-closely-with-Product,-UX/UI,-and-Engineering-teams-to-deliver-exceptional-user-experiences.
• Drive-frontend-best-practices,-ensuring-applications-are-performant,-accessible,-and-maintainable.
• Design-and-implement-scalable-microservices-and-RESTful-APIs.
• Champion-Clean-Architecture,-SOLID-principles,-and-modern-software-engineering-practices-across-the-team.
• Conduct-code-reviews,-provide-technical-mentoring,-and-support-engineers-with-architectural-and-coding-challenges
• Work-closely-with-senior-leadership-to-influence-technical-strategy,-product-direction,-and-engineering-standards.
• Identify-opportunities-to-improve-application-performance,-scalability,-security,-and-reliability-across-the-full-technology-stack.
• Help-shape-the-engineering-roadmap-while-contributing-to-the-company''s-continued-growth-and-technical-maturity.
