      <description>Location: Clerkenwell | Salary: &amp;pound;60000 - &amp;pound;70000/annum | Type: Permanent | Fire Risk Assessor – Tier 3 / Advanced  Location: London &amp; Surrounding Areas   We are looking for an experienced  Tier 3 / Advanced Fire Risk Assessor  to join our growing team, covering London and the surrounding areas.  The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality  Type 1–4 Fire Risk Assessments  across a range of residential and commercial properties. Requirements:  Recognised  Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment  or equivalent.  Experience carrying out  Type 1–4 Fire Risk Assessments .  Strong knowledge of current fire safety legislation and guidance.  Good understanding of compartmentation, fire doors and passive fire protection.  Excellent report writing and communication skills.  Full UK driving licence.  Desirable:   Level 5 qualification in Fire Engineering, Fire Safety Engineering or a related discipline.   Experience with complex, high-rise and higher-risk buildings.
