Lead Finance Analyst

We''re looking for a Lead Finance Analyst to join our Finance Shared Services team in a newly created role that''s central to strengthening the quality, consistency and impact of financial reporting across the business. As Lead Finance Analyst, you''ll be responsible for overseeing all scheduled reporting produced by the Finance Analyst team, ensuring reports are accurate, timely and deliver meaningful insight to support decision-making. You''ll lead the development of new reporting frameworks, dashboards and analytical tools, while championing process improvements that enhance efficiency and data quality. What you will be doing Leading the delivery, maintenance and enhancement of financial and KPI reporting across Finance Shared Services. Overseeing the reporting schedule for the Finance Analyst team, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder expectations are consistently met. Developing insightful dashboards, reports and analytical outputs that help drive business performance. Owning and delivering the team''s continuous improvement roadmap, ensuring initiatives are coordinated and completed to a high standard.
