Lead Field EngineerHybrid Working - LondonHigh Street BankingLorien''s leading banking client is looking for an experienced Lead Field Engineer with strong experience in Leading and Managing Teams of Engineers, working with Stakeholders, and experience/familiarity of working hands on with Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Low Code Stack on an initial 6month contract with potential for extension/conversion to permanent.This role is based in London.This role will be Inside IR35 Via UmbrellaWorking in a Hybrid Model of 1-2 day a week on site. Key Skills and ExperiencesManage Software Engineers representing the EE CRM/Low Code CoE.Oversee the delivery of software rapidly and of high quality which adds value to the business and aligns to bank standards, patterns and guardrails. Experience in designing solutions and leading teams through project delivery.Experienced with customisation of Power Platform using tools such as .NET and JavaScript extensions.Manage the supply of engineers to projects in line with budget and headcount constraints.Liaises with business stakeholders, Principal Engineers, Architects in the domain to shape and successfully deliver projects.Experienced with Line Management, Team Management, Conducting Performance Reviews, Recruitment Forecasting etc.Collaborates with Principal Engineers to understand the wider Platform, Domain and Enterprise agendas and supports the realisation of these.
