Lead Facilities Manager
for Data Centres and Network Systems. The role oversees facilities management services to enable critical infrastructure to be maintained and available to support programme goals. You will work with internal and government customers and lead a team of FM professionals delivering hard and soft services via contracts. Working on a nuclear licensed site with compliance expectations including regulatory stakeholder management, safety case assessment, and emergency response arrangements.Responsibilities
Lead facilities management for data centres and network systems on a nuclear licensed site.Provide FM services to maintain critical infrastructure and ensure availability to support programme goals.Manage and oversee a team of facilities management professionals and coordinate hard and soft FM service contracts.Collaborate with internal and government customers to deliver capability and oversight of facilities operations.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety case assessment, and emergency response arrangements.Qualifications
Extensive facility and/or process management experience within a highly regulated environment.Ability to motivate others and adapt leadership style as required.Ability to identify problems, evaluate options and formulate effective process, system and organisational solutions.General management experience to manage and resolve complex cross-discipline, technical and organisational issues.Desirable: HNC/HND in scientific or engineering discipline, or equivalent qualification; experience managing data centres or complex networked systems; experience engaging with external regulators; NEBOSH Certificate (desirable).Benefits
