This seasonal role is ideal for someone with previous exam invigilation experience who is confident leading a team and ensuring all examinations are conducted in accordance with JCQ regulations.Working closely with the Exams Officer and senior leadership team, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the examination process while creating a calm and supportive environment for students.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a team of exam invigilators before, during, and after examinations.Ensure all examinations are conducted in accordance with JCQ and awarding body regulations.Prepare examination venues, including seating plans, exam materials, clocks, notices, and equipment.Brief invigilators on procedures, candidate requirements, and examination regulations.Distribute and securely collect examination papers and completed scripts.Monitor examination rooms, ensuring a calm, silent, and secure environment at all times.Verify candidate identities and ensure examination rules are followed.Support candidates with approved access arrangements, ..... full job details .....
