This includes the validation of the procedure, process & activity to comply with Aviation safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Work through aircraft equipment manuals to develop in house capability for scheduled & unscheduled maintenance activities. Liaise effectively with designers, engineers and quality engineers to ensure test facilities are in place. Liaise effectively with designers, engineers and quality production engineers to ensure adequate tooling is available. Be internal first point of call for new capability assessment. Interrogate equipment OEM manuals to identify spare part requirements. Carryout aircraft equipment scheduled maintenance to qualify in house procedures & processes. Introduce new capabilities into the work flow Maintain a fully traceable technical file for each project.
