You will play a pivotal role in defining technical requirements, providing direction to the team and ensuring successful New Product Introduction. The Role Lead a team of Engineers proving guidance, direction and coaching. Develop existing and new tooling designs manufacturing methods to improve efficiency and product quality. Investigate non-conformances with a view to establishing the root cause and implementing changes. Provide subject matter expertise to the customer and develop solid long-term relationships. Define, manage, and validate product requirements and acceptance criteria. Be the company customer point for NPI and manufacturing programs. Produce Engineering drawings. Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive system design, development, and delivery.
