Salary: £50,000 + Benefits Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Lead Engineer to join a close-knit engineering team of four. The successful candidate will lead by example, remaining actively involved in maintenance activities while managing and developing the engineering function. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for ensuring plant equipment operates efficiently, safely and reliably to support production, while driving continuous improvement and engineering excellence across the site.
