The successful candidate will act as the on-site lead, managing both day-to-day engineering activity and liaising directly with the client to deliver first-class service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate a team of four on-site engineers, ensuring efficient delivery of PPMs, reactive maintenance, and engineering support.Act as the primary client contact, maintaining strong communication and professional relationships.Oversee and perform maintenance and repairs to all electrical and mechanical building services systems (including lighting, power, emergency systems, HVAC support, and plant equipment).Manage workloads, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures.Support with site documentation, permits to work, and operational logs.Participate in the call-out rota and overtime opportunities across wider sites when required.Promote a proactive approach to safety, ..... full job details .....
