Key Duties & Responsibilities Carrying out the completion of PPMs and Reactive maintenance Emergency light testing & Fire alarm testing Carrying out maintenance to AHU''s, FCU''s, Strainers, Distribution boards, Plumbing and all-round building maintenance Ensure all tasks are completed within the agreed timescales, managing the workload accordingly. Work closely with the Technical team to ensure that the service levels are maintained to a consistently high level. Demonstrate the ability to manage conflicting priorities and prioritise business needs. Consistently communicate effectively, in an appropriate manner, whilst building and maintaining positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
