Lead Engineer

Are you an experienced Lead Engineer looking for your next challenge within Facilities Management? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading FM provider on a 6-month fixed term contract, overseeing engineering operations at a busy and high-profile site in London. As the Lead Engineer, you ll play a key role in managing maintenance delivery, supporting compliance, and leading a multi-skilled engineering team to ensure high standards across the site. The Role As the Lead Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Leading and supporting a multi-skilled Hard FM engineering team Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance across MandE systems Ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining audit readiness Managing subcontractors and supporting service delivery standards Driving operational performance and continuous improvement across the site This is a Monday to Friday position, working 40 hours per week within a vibrant and fast-paced environment. About You To succeed as a Lead Engineer, you will ideally have: Level 3 qualification or above in an engineering discipline Previous experience leading engineering or maintenance teams within FM environments Strong understanding of compliance and maintenance operations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive and organised approach to service delivery What s In It For You?
