Shift Engineer

Join a leading manufacturing organisation in Ledbury and become part of a skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining and improving critical production assets across the site.

• PPM and breakdown maintenance
• Fault finding and technical support
• Root cause analysis and continuous improvement
• Support safety and performance initiatives

• NVQ Level 3 Engineering minimum
• Multi-skilled electrical and mechanical experience
• Manufacturing background
• PLC, drives and pneumatics advantageous

• Training and development
• Supportive engineering team
• Varied manufacturing environment
• 12 hour shifts 7-7 rotating 2 days on, 2 nights on then 5 days off - Sun-Fri only
