As the business scales, hardware leadership has become a critical gap, and they''re now looking to bring in a Lead Electronics Engineer.   The Role   This is very much a leadership role rather than a hands-on design position. The business already has strong technical depth across its engineering team, so what''s needed is someone who can lead, coach, and get the best out of that team - managing risks and issues, coordinating delivery, and translating technical progress for the wider business.
