Lead Hardware Engineer , you will take ownership of hardware development projects from concept through to production, guiding design activities and mentoring junior engineers. The role offers the chance to combine technical leadership with hands-on design, testing, and system integration.Responsibilities

Lead hardware design projects across analogue, digital, and mixed-signal domains.Oversee schematic capture, PCB layout, and design reviews.Provide technical direction and mentorship to less experienced engineers.Support prototype bring-up, debugging, and validation.Collaborate closely with software and mechanical teams to ensure system performance.Qualifications

Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).Proven track record in circuit design, PCB development, and hardware validation.Experience in project leadership, mentoring, or technical guidance.Strong problem-solving ability, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.Employment details
