Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out electrical repairs, installations and maintenance in occupied properties.Complete electrical testing, inspections and fault finding.Diagnose and repair electrical faults.Support and mentor electricians and apprentices.Carry out quality checks and ensure electrical compliance.Complete job reports using mobile devices.RequirementsNVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or completed apprenticeship.18th Edition Wiring Regulations.City and Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing or equivalent.AM2 qualification.Experience in domestic electrical repairs and maintenance.Previous experience within social housing or residential maintenance.Full UK driving licence.Ability to support and mentor other electricians.Benefits 45,100 per annum.
