On offer is extensive training into becoming an off the tools Technical Manager, where you will take on more responsibility, mentoring and helping to upskill other engineers within the business, showcasing your skills as a technical expert.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Technical Expert to join the team.

On offer is a Technical Managers position where you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to electricians out on site, reporting to the Small Works manager who will help you every step of the way into progressing off the tools into an office-based role with visits out to local sites.

This role would suit an Electrician looking to take the next step up in their career progressing into a fully off the tools office-based role within an excellent company who will provide full support through on-the-job training.

The Role:
*Excellent Training and Career Progression off the tools
*Office Based / Local Travel to client''s sites
*Mentoring and providing guidance to electricians within the business amongst other duties

The Candidate:
*Looking to progress off the tools and take the next step forward in their career
*Holds their Gold Card / NVQ level 3 or Equivalent Qualifications
*Must hold UK Driver''s license
