The successful candidate will support the assembly and testing of high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) battery systems and supervise a small team of Technicians. All work must be carried out in line with strict electrical and safety procedures.Responsibilities- Assemble and test battery systems, including functional, safety, performance and endurance testing - Operate specialised equipment such as welders, cyclers, BMS diagnostic tools, insulation resistance testers, hipot testers, DMMs and data logging systems - Follow HV/LV safety protocols, including lock-out/tag-out procedures - Record and analyse test data, reporting deviations and supporting root-cause investigations - Support engineering teams with manufacturing processes, test planning and validation activities - Maintain calibration and maintenance records for equipment - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across man...
