Responsibilities and duties of the Lead Electrical Project Engineer roleReporting to Head of Engineering you will:Lead the development and execution of large-scale capital projects, including CCGT Lifetime Extension and new build initiatives.Provide specialist electrical engineering expertise, including HV and transmission systems, ensuring design compliance and technical integrity.Prepare, review, and approve electrical design documentation, specifications, and technical reports.Oversee the commissioning, installation, and testing of electrical systems, ensuring alignment with safety and quality standards.Collaborate with project stakeholders to evaluate tenders, technical submissions, and ensure successful project delivery.Support ongoing plant operations with engineering solutions that enhance reliability, availability, and efficiency.Lead root cause analyses (RCA) and implement lessons learned across the project portfolio.Drive improvements in plant safety, performance, and compliance through ..... full job details .....
