We are recruiting a Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join an establish yet growing manufacturing site in Caerphilly, Wales. This is a 70% hands-on engineering and 30% supervisory role designed for an experienced, electrically biased engineer who leads from the front on the shop floor. You will take ownership of technical maintenance, PLC fault-finding, continuous improvement, and site facilities infrastructure, whilst coaching and mentoring a dedicated team of engineers.
