Direct day-to-day supervision of technicians is required whilst also seeing projects through from concept to delivery. Responsibilities: -             Ensure that the internal CMMS is promoted and utilized with detailed inputs by all team members -             Effectively deputise for the Maintenance Manager as required -             Monitor equipment condition, reporting abnormalities and risks  -             Set clear priorities and ensure the function is well organised, with resource focused effectively on preventative maintenance and opportunities of greatest importance to the business -             Identify replacement parts and order via approved channels -             Undertake management of change requests for approval when replacements are not like-for-like -             Ensure all tasks are completed safely whilst always looking at ways to improve, audit personnel task comp...
