Serving a diverse range of industries, they are recognised for delivering high-quality engineered solutions and are now seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to strengthen their leadership team. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines technical design expertise with team management responsibilities. The successful candidate will lead a small engineering team, ensuring high-quality, compliant electrical designs are delivered efficiently while remaining actively involved in control panel design throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the production of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and cable schedules.Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team, providing technical guidance and support.Take ownership of electrical control panel design from customer specification through to production release.Drive best practices in design, documentation, and engineering processes.Apply safety engineering principles, including functional safety, within automated systems.Support component selection, balancing cost, performance, and availability.Ensure all designs comply with ..... full job details .....
