Lead Electrical Engineer

to drive the design and integration of cutting-edge electrical systems. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and delivery of electrical systems: power distribution, motor control, battery management, and charging.Ensure timely, on-budget delivery while maintaining high quality and compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems into overall craft design.Own system performance and drive continuous improvement through testing and analysis.Stay current with new technologies and implement innovative solutions.Support prototype builds and oversee testing and validation.Mentor junior engineers and uphold best practices across the team.RequirementsDegree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent experience).Background in marine, automotive, or aerospace electrical systems.Skilled in CAD tools (AutoCAD, EPLAN, etc.).Strong knowledge of DC systems, CAN Bus, power electronics, PLCs, batteries, and motor control.Familiar with industry standards and regulatory compliance.Proven project delivery and problem-solving skills.Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong communicator.BenefitsPrivate Healthcare (including family cover option)Life Assurance (4x salary)Critical Illness CoverUnlimited Paid HolidayPension ContributionFlexible WorkingInclusive, innovative team cultureThis job posting is active and accepting ..... full job details .....
