This is a stand out role if you''re looking to join a well renowned building service provider.As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, fault find / troubleshoot, diagnose faults, maintain mechanical systems, lead a team of engineers, liaise with the Account Manager and respond to client needs.Lead Electrical Engineer Duties:PPMs and Reactive maintenanceStatutory ComplianceSingle and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, BMS OperationCarry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.Organising subcontractorsCompleting logbooks and RAMSReportsPermits to workRaise and close jobs on PDA''s as necessary.Lead Electrical Engineer Requirements:City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent in Electrical Installations / Engineering (Level 3 and regulations)At least 5 years experience as an Electrical Engineer within commercial building maintenance Strong MandE system ..... full job details .....
