      <description>Location: Derby | Salary: &amp;pound;70000 - &amp;pound;75000/annum | Type: Permanent | Provide technical expertise across the full lifecycle of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems within a highly regulated, safety-critical engineering environment. The role covers delivery of complete UPS system designs, including system architecture, sub-system development, equipment specification, equipment selection, integration, verification, and validation activities.  Working within multidisciplinary engineering teams, you will apply a structured systems engineering approach to develop robust and compliant critical power solutions from concept through to final verified design.   Key Responsibilities    Translate high-level plant and operational requirements into detailed technical specifications for UPS and associated electrical power systems.  Collaborate with process, mechanical, controls, safety, and electrical engineering disciplines to develop integrated system solutions.
