This is a key leadership role, ideal for a senior electrical engineer looking to step up or an experienced lead engineer seeking a stable, long-term position within a professional and well-supported environment. You will take ownership of the site''s electrical and building services maintenance, leading a small on-site team and managing specialist contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations. Lead Electrical Engineer Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across all building services Supervise and support the on-site engineer (3 days per week) and coordinate specialist subcontractors Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, health and safety standards, and company procedures Monitor and manage service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high service delivery standards Oversee maintenance programmes in line with SFG20 standards Maintain accurate logbooks, records, and compliance documentation Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues and site operations Lead Electrical Engineer Requirements: City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent) 18th Edition ..... full job details .....
