The Role As a Lead Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and development of the electrical systems across our yacht range. Reporting to the Design Manager, you will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed electrical drawing packages, including electrical schematics, panel designs and cable running schedules for our yachts. This is a highly technical role with a tangible output, providing accurate 2D CAD information to support Overall Production. You will also contribute to product improvement, RandD and value engineering projects, ensuring best practice is incorporated into both new designs and existing models. Working closely with Production, Engineering, Joinery, Procurement, Client Managers and the wider Design team, you will help ensure electrical design standards, quality and consistency are maintained across the Oyster range.
