This isn''t that role.
We''re looking for a confident, technically strong Lead Electrical Engineer who isn''t afraid to speak up, challenge decisions and take control when the team needs direction.
You''ll be the second-in-command within the electrical team — working closely with the senior leadership team and helping drive the technical direction, standards and performance of the group.
WHAT YOU''LL BE DOING ? Lead and develop the electrical engineering team
�� Be the technical voice in the room
�� Take ownership of complex electrical design projects
��? Challenge, influence and make decisions
�� Mentor and push engineers to perform at their best
�� Work closely with clients and project teams
�� Support the growth of the electrical team and workload
�� Step up and take the lead when senior management aren''t in the room
We''re looking for someone who can command a room without needing to shout — someone with the technical credibility and personality to get engineers moving in the same direction.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You''ll be an experienced Senior / Principal / Lead Electrical Engineer with a strong building-services background.
You don''t have to be the loudest person in the office.
But you do need a voice.
You need to be comfortable challenging people, making decisions, giving direction and taking responsibility when things get difficult.
