If you enjoy working outdoors, operating specialist drilling equipment, and taking pride in doing things right - this role is for you!What the Lead Driller will do:Operate and maintain drilling and sampling rigs, including window sampling and dynamic probing equipment.Collect accurate soil and groundwater samples in accordance with industry standards.Record site data, sample depths, and ground conditions clearly and precisely.Carry out daily safety checks and basic maintenance on rigs.Work closely with technical staff to deliver projects safely and efficiently.Be willing to travel and stay away from home when required (expenses paid).What you''ll need to be considered for the Lead Driller role:Proven track record in geotechnical or environmental drillingCSCS card (essential)NVQ Level 2 in Land Drilling or equivalent (preferred).Full UK driving licenceCommitment to safe working and flexibility to work across multiple sites.Live in or near to RotherhamWhat''s in it for the Lead ..... full job details .....
