Domestic Gas Engineer

TXM Recruit are working with a growing specialist who are looking for a Domestic Gas Engineer to support premium home delivery and installation services.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead high-spec domestic gas appliance installations while mentoring junior engineers and delivering a first-class customer experience.

Location: Depot in MK - National Service/Install

Salary: £45,000.00  - £49,000 per annum, dependant on experience 

Hours: Rotating shifts, where once in couple of weeks you would be required for weekend work

Responsibilities

• Provide expert demonstrations to customers
• Mentor junior engineers and support depot teams
• Carry out quality checks and ensure compliance
• Install Gas appliances in customer homes

Requirements

• Fully qualified domestic gas engineer
• Domestic installation experience
• Leadership mindset – able to coach and develop others
• Full UK driving licence
• Willing to travel to depots and customer sites
