About the role   Lead Doctors are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the report writing process, the quality control over the reports, and act as a first port of call for queries from report writers. They are responsible for delivering training relevant to the production of medico legal reports. The work will include recruiting, training and supporting the team and ensuring continuing professional development. The post holder will also medically review reports of doctors in their service and, as other duties permit, write medico-legal reports for survivors of torture.
