Responsibilities
Designing and deploying a scalable, group-wide server-side tagging architecture using Tealium.
Leading tagging strategies that enhance performance marketing, conversion tracking, and campaign attribution.
Implementing robust analytics tagging to support key measurement frameworks and data collection.
Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, engineering, product, analytics) to deliver tailored, future-proof solutions.
Partnering with vendors to ensure optimal use of martech tools and tag performance.
Prioritising tagging implementation backlogs, resolving technical issues, and maintaining data quality and trust.
Managing incident response related to tagging/data discrepancies and driving root cause resolution.
About YouYou’re a hands-on tagging expert who combines technical know-how with strategic insight. You enjoy solving complex challenges, thrive in cross-functional environments, and can confidently translate business needs into clean, scalable technical solutions.
You’re well-versed in Tealium and understand the critical role tagging plays in digital marketing, analytics, and compliance.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience with server-side tagging implementation, ideally using Tealium EventStream and Tealium iQ.
Familiarity with tag management systems like Adobe Launch, Ensighten, or Google Tag Manager.
Experience working with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and ContentSquare.
Understanding of martech ecosystems including Google Campaign Manager and experimentation/personalisation platforms.
Confidence gathering business requirements and translating them into tailored tagging solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
A structured and thorough approach to QA, testing, and documentation.
