In this technical leadership role, you will take ownership of environment management, deployment pipelines, integration stability, and data security across our NEC ecosystem and core technical platforms.   The Role   As Lead Developer, you will safeguard ecosystem health across all development and production environments. You will drive high standards for release management, quality assurance, integration reliability, and data governance, ensuring seamless delivery and robust system performance.   Key Responsibilities    Environment Management:    Monitor performance, system health, and overall stability across all environments (Dev, Test, Pre-Prod, Training, Prod).
