A well-established and highly regarded metalwork company is seeking an experienced Lead / Senior Designer to join its team in Bedford.

• Proficiency in Tekla Structures
• Proven experience within Structural Steel or Architectural Metalwork
• Ability to produce detailed fabrication and construction drawings
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry standards
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
• Previous leadership experience or the ability to mentor and support junior designers is desirable

• Salary up to -58,000, depending on experience
• Office-based role in Bedford
