On offer is a permanent, office-based position with a specialist business where your work directly influences what projects are won and how successfully they are delivered, giving you real technical influence and responsibility from enquiry through to installation. This well-established engineering company designs, supplies and installs bespoke solutions for mission-critical industries. Due to continued growth and a promotion backfill, they are looking to add an experienced engineer to lead their design function. In this role you will manage and mentor a small design team while remaining hands-on, producing and checking detailed drawings and BOMs, supporting internal stakeholders, and driving standards and continuous improvement across the design process.
