You will have a high standard of previous experience managing a range of products, projects and services and have responsibility and accountability as the main point of escalation. Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Coaching: Lead and mentor Agile teams, promote Lean practices, and champion continuous improvement. Coach other teams and contribute to the delivery community of practice.Planning and Delivery: Plan and manage complex delivery activities across the full product lifecycle, ensuring stakeholder alignment and continuous flow of value.
