Lead Decisioning Architect - PEGA - London (2 days a week)/Hybrid - £636 Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture: Design and implement end-to-end Pega CDH decisioning solutions, including NBA strategies, propositions, treatments, and engagement policies. Strategy Implementation: Configure Real Time marketing initiatives, adaptive models, arbitration, and segmentation to maximize customer engagement and ROI. Leadership andamp; Mentoring: Guide and mentor developers on Pega Decisioning best practices and perform technical code/design reviews. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders, data scientists, and technical teams to translate marketing strategies into functional technical requirements. Platform Governance: Oversee performance tuning, monitoring, and data ingestion to ensure system reliability. Required Skills and Experience Certification: Certified Pega Lead Decisioning Architect (CLDA) is highly preferred (CPDC required). Pega Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and decisioning strategies. Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Pega rule management, SQL, REST/SOAP services, and Kafka. Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Telecom, marketing technologies, and machine learning concepts.
