With a strong investment in cloud data platforms and advanced analytics, the business is building a modern data product capability to drive better decision-making across pricing, underwriting, claims, and risk.They are now looking for a Lead Data Product Manager to take ownership of a growing portfolio of data and machine learning products, shaping how data is turned into scalable, high-value products used across the organisation.This role will sit at the intersection of product, data science, and engineering, working closely with business leaders to identify opportunities where data and ML can deliver measurable commercial impact. You will define the product strategy and roadmap, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ensure products are successfully adopted across the insurance business.
