With a strong investment in cloud data platforms and advanced analytics, the business is building a modern data product capability to drive better decision-making across pricing, underwriting, claims, and risk.They are now looking for a Lead Data Product Manager to take ownership of a growing portfolio of data and machine learning products, shaping how data is turned into scalable, high-value products used across the organisation.This role will sit at the intersection of product, data science, and engineering, working closely with business leaders to identify opportunities where data and ML can deliver measurable commercial impact. You will define the product strategy and roadmap, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ensure products are successfully adopted across the insurance business. Key Responsibilities Define and drive the data and machine learning product strategy aligned with business and data objectives. Develop and maintain data product roadmaps and product catalogues that support both current and future business needs.
