Lead Data Engineer

Arcus Search is proud to support a global Insurance Broker in their search for an experienced, autonomous, and proactive Data Engineer with extensive expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Data Lakehouse, and DataBricks. This pivotal role involves developing and enhancing key data platforms through collaboration with various stakeholders, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and contributing to the overall data strategy and regional data teams. In the medium term, the role will evolve into leading a technical team.What you''ll do:

Manage multiple project deliveries simultaneouslyDevelop the company''s Data Lakehouse and other data platformsEnsure quality in development approaches and conduct solution design and reviewsSupport and guide key data teamsCollaborate with stakeholders and decision-makers, building strong relationships dailyWhat experience you''ll bring:
