Our OEM Client based in Gaydon, is searching for a Lead Data Analyst to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a 12-month contract position initially until 31st March 2026, with the potential for further extensions.Umbrella Pay Rate: £33.64 per hour.The Data analyst role sits within Creative, reporting to the Data Excellence and Compliance Manager in the Business Planning and Transformation Team.This role will support the design, analysis and maintenance of a diverse range of data inputs and outputs using a variety of tools to achieve reliable and consistent data use via creative visualisation techniques to enable engagement with the whole Creative chapter.Working across the Creative organisation, the individual will be responsible for developing data input methods, data automation and processes with stakeholders via PowerApps and other tools to enable clear and manageable data inputs to support the Creative ways of working.It will involve interacting with stakeholders who know what they require but need technical help to develop PowerApps as well as stakeholders who require process and input method design ideas and support from start to finish.This role will also involve developing, implementing and maintaining analytics working with other data analysts in the team to identify and forecast trends/ patterns in complex data sets, validate assumptions and requirements and capture potential inefficiencies whilst ensuring data outputs are customisable and easily interpreted ..... full job details .....
