Overview of the Work This work package is divided into distinct deliverables that will enhance and modernise existing services. Each deliverable is timeboxed to maintain agile and iterative working while ensuring measurable outcomes. The Lead D365 Developer will work as part of a blended team alongside civil servants from DfE''s Solutions Development Team (SDT) and Education Estates. The role will involve working closely with delivery managers, business analysts, testers, technical stakeholders and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality CRM and Power Platform solutions. Key Deliverables Provide technical leadership across D365 and Power Platform development activities. Understand and assess existing CRM systems and identify opportunities for improvement. Lead the maintenance, enhancement and development of existing services. Provide technical guidance and resource planning for wider development and testing teams.
