This is an excellent opportunity for a controls engineering professional to take on a leadership role, guiding a team of engineers while driving the design, development, implementation, and support of advanced control systems. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of Controls Engineers, setting clear objectives and priorities.Drive the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of control systems.Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems within wider projects.Ensure all control systems meet required performance standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements through robust testing and validation.Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for complex control system issues.Support and develop junior engineers through coaching and mentoring.Engage with customers to understand requirements and provide technical guidance and support.Stay current with emerging control systems technologies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.About You:HND, Degree, or equivalent ..... full job details .....
