Lead Content Designer

The team is based in Canada, Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.What you’ll doReport to the Director of Content Design and serve as a creative point of contact for seasonal content within the Monopoly GO! Live Game teamOwn the creative vision for a season—ideating and delivering high-quality, original content that enhances gameplay and drives player engagementDevelop novel, innovative approaches to MGO’s seasonal strategy using your deep industry experience and world class creativityUse your excellent communication skills to effectively share ideas to internal stakeholders and external IP partnersPartner with a team of skilled Content Designers to ensure content is cohesive, aligned and impactfulCollaborate cross-functionally with Producers, Art Leads, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to deliver content that meets creative and business goalsUse your experience of working with licensed IPs to shape narratives and content in meaningful, brand-aligned waysRemain accountable from ideation to implementation, ensuring excellence at every step of the creative pipelineAdvocate for best practices in mobile gaming content, keeping up with player trends and industry innovationsMentor and manage team members, supporting their creative growth and professional developmentWork in a global, fast-paced, iterative environment with multiple projects running simultaneouslyWhat we’re looking forA highly experienced and creative Lead Content Designer with a background in content, game, or narrative design for mobile titlesDemonstrated success in live-operated, content-rich games.Proven track record of working with licensed IP and delivering engaging, IP-compliant contentOutstanding creative-thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership skills, with experience mentoring designers and aligning teams behind a visionAbility to collaborate effectively with global teams across time zonesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishWillingness to travel occasionally for team offsitesBonus pointsFamiliarity with art production pipelinesStrong copywriting skills, with an eye for tone, clarity and audience engagementAdobe Creative Suite skillsStoryboarding knowledgeAbout Us
