Lead Commercial Gas Engineer / Site ManagerSalary: 48k- 50k + Company Van + Pension + BenefitsLocation - South Wales We currently have an excellent opportunity for experienced and senior level Commercial Heating / Gas Engineer to join a well-established client of ours who specialise in the commercial heating, mechanical services and technical engineering sector. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Lead Commercial Gas Engineer / Site Manager to join their team and with the role being split across both aspects. The role is based in the South Wales region, therefore you will need to live somewhere in the South Wales area. Role OverviewCarrying out installation, servicing, maintenance and fault-finding on commercial gas boilers, heating systems, pipework and associated controls.Leadership duties - acting as a lead engineer on site, supervising engineers, apprentices and managing day to day workload.Plan labour, materials etc.Lead site meetings and liaise with clients. Skills and Experience RequiredProven experience as a Commercial Gas EngineerACS qualifications such as CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A or equivalentStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skills on commercial plantIdeally experience in a supervisory or management type positionSSSTS or SMSTS qualification would be preferred - however training can be providedProject Management experience beneficialFull UK driving licenceSouth Wales based To apply for this role, please forward your CV to Mike Prew at ..... full job details .....
