You could be coaching: Your child s grassroots team A local grassroots club A girls football team Within a community football programme We re looking for coaches who are enthusiastic, player-focused and passionate about helping young players develop. You ll work with players aged U9 U16, helping them build their technical and tactical skills, confidence, creativity and love of the game, while gaining valuable experience within the Colchester United player pathway.
