Lead Coach - Boys Development Centre - U7 Head Coach (2026/2027 Season)

Are you an experienced grassroots football coach looking for your next challenge? Colchester United Community Foundation (CUCF) is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic U7 Lead Coach to join our Boys Development Centre for the 2026/2027 season. CUCF delivers high-quality participation, health and inclusion, and education programmes to over 9,000 children, young people, and adults across the region each week. The Boys Development Centre (U6 U16) plays a key role in supporting the Colchester United Academy one of only two League Two clubs in England to hold Category 2 status by providing a structured talent pathway for players within the local community. This is a fantastic opportunity for a coach who enjoys working with young players and wants to develop their own coaching journey within the Colchester United player pathway. You may currently be coaching your child s grassroots team, working within a local grassroots club, or already have experience in a football development environment. Whatever your background, if you are passionate about helping young players develop, creating positive experiences and delivering engaging football sessions, we would love to hear from you.
