      <description>Location: Glasgow | Salary: 29697.00-29697.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | As a Lead Children''s Worker, you will play an important role in providing a safe, supportive and nurturing overnight environment for children and young people with disabilities. Working as part of our Children with Disabilities service, you will help ensure each young person feels secure, valued and cared for throughout the night while supporting their individual needs and wellbeing. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead shifts, support colleagues and help deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
