Based at the modern Brent Civic Centre-with an on-site restaurant and excellent facilities-you will lead and manage a small team of three Occupational Therapists, ensuring high-quality service delivery for young people aged 0-25 with disabilities and complex needs.In this leadership position, you will balance 60% service oversight with 40% direct clinical work, ensuring waiting lists are reduced, caseloads are effectively allocated, and assessments are carried out to support independence, safety, and wellbeing.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Service Management (60%)Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and professional support to three OTsManage waiting lists and service allocations to ensure timely and effective responsesSupport the team in complex decision-making and safeguarding processesEnsure high-quality practice that aligns with legislation, local policies, and best practice guidelinesClinical Practice (40%)Complete specialist OT assessments for children and young people aged 0-25Identify functional needs and create tailored recommendations for equipment and home adaptationsSupport families and carers, promoting independence and reducing riskCarry out risk ..... full job details .....
