This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Warwickshire''s new operating model , working collaboratively alongside Social Workers to deliver high quality safeguarding and child protection services to children and families across the county. Key Responsibilities: Co-work complex child protection and safeguarding cases alongside Social Workers. Lead and support on child protection planning and intervention. Undertake and contribute to Strategy Meetings and multi-agency safeguarding discussions. Chair Child Protection Conferences and ensure robust safeguarding plans are developed and reviewed. Provide practice leadership, professional challenge and support to frontline teams. Work in partnership with children, families and a broad range of multi-agency professionals.
